Soft-seated ball and plug valves are supplied fire-tested to API 607 / ISO 10497 or API 6FA. Certificates are included in the documentation package.

Can you supply low-emission valves?

Yes. Valves can be supplied with fugitive-emission qualification to ISO 15848-1 or API 624 / API 641.

Can you supply complete actuated valve packages?

Yes. We supply valve, actuator, mounting kit, solenoid valves, limit switch box and control panel as one tested package with a single set of documents.

Do you supply SIL-certified shutdown valves?

Yes. ESD and SDV packages can be supplied with SIL 2 or SIL 3 capability certificates according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511.

What casing grades are suitable for sour service?

API 5CT grades L80 Type 1, C90, T95 and C110 are restricted-yield grades qualified for H2S service under NACE MR0175. Proprietary sour-service grades (e.g., 'SS' grades from mills) are also available.

What is the difference between API and premium connections?

API connections (STC, LTC, BTC, EUE, NUE) rely on thread compound for sealing. Premium connections add a metal-to-metal seal and torque shoulder for gas-tight performance, higher torque and better resistance to combined loads, qualified to API RP 5C5 / ISO 13679.

Can you supply 13Cr and CRA tubing?

Yes. We supply L80-13Cr, super 13Cr, duplex 22Cr/25Cr and nickel-alloy tubing for CO2 and H2S environments.

Do you supply spares for mud pumps?

Yes. We supply liners, pistons, valves and seats, modules, valve covers and fluid-end expendables for common triplex mud pump models.

Can you supply complete BHA components?

Yes. We supply drill collars, HWDP, stabilizers, reamers, subs, jars, shock tools and float subs, with inspection certificates to DS-1 or NS-2 on request.

What do packer validation grades V0–V6 mean?

API 11D1 / ISO 14310 defines packer validation grades. V0 is the most stringent (gas-tight, zero bubbles), V1 allows gas testing with defined leakage, and V3–V6 are progressively less demanding liquid or gas tests. Gas wells normally specify V0 or V1.

Can completion equipment be supplied for sour wells?

Yes. Tools are available in 4140 (22 HRC max), 13Cr, 9Cr-1Mo, 925 and 718 nickel alloys with HNBR, FKM, FFKM or AFLAS elastomers to suit H2S, CO2 and temperature.

Which artificial lift method is right for my well?

As a rule of thumb, ESPs suit high-rate wells (hundreds to tens of thousands of barrels per day), gas lift suits wells with available gas and deviated profiles, rod pumps suit low-rate onshore wells, and PCPs suit viscous or sandy oil. The final choice depends on rate, depth, GOR, solids and power availability.

What is the difference between API 5L PSL1 and PSL2?

PSL2 has tighter chemistry, maximum yield strength limits, mandatory Charpy impact testing and stricter NDT than PSL1. PSL2 is standard for oil and gas pipelines, and sour service is specified through Annex H.

Which flange standard applies above 24 inches?

ASME B16.5 covers NPS 1/2 to 24. For NPS 26 to 60, ASME B16.47 applies: Series A (MSS SP-44 based, heavier) or Series B (API 605 based, more compact). The series must be specified because the two are not interchangeable.

Do you supply duplex and super duplex piping?

Yes. We supply UNS S31803/S32205 duplex and S32750/S32760 super duplex pipe, flanges and fittings for seawater, produced water and CO2/chloride service.

What is the difference between R, RX and BX ring gaskets?

R rings are oval or octagonal gaskets for ASME and API 6B flanges. RX rings are pressure-energized versions of R rings used in API 6B flanges up to 5,000 psi. BX rings are pressure-energized gaskets for API 6BX flanges from 2,000 to 20,000 psi, where flange faces make contact.

Which bolting is used for sour or low-temperature service?

ASTM A193 B7M / A194 2HM (hardness limited to 22 HRC) is used where bolts are exposed to H2S. ASTM A320 L7 / A194 Gr 7 is used for low-temperature service, and A193 B7 / A194 2H is the general-purpose grade.

Can instruments be supplied for hazardous areas?

Yes. Instruments are available as Ex d (flameproof) or Ex ia (intrinsically safe) for Zone 0, 1 and 2, gas groups IIA–IIC, with ATEX and IECEx certificates.

Do you supply custody-transfer flow meters?

Yes. We supply ultrasonic, Coriolis and turbine meters and complete metering skids designed for custody transfer under API MPMS and AGA standards.

Can you supply spares for existing pumps and compressors?

Yes. Send the equipment make, model and serial number, or the parts list. We source OEM or certified equivalent parts with the same material and dimensional specification.

What do Ex d, Ex e and Ex ia mean?

They are protection concepts under IEC 60079. Ex d (flameproof) contains an internal explosion. Ex e (increased safety) prevents sparks and hot surfaces. Ex ia (intrinsic safety) limits energy so ignition is impossible, even with two faults, which allows use in Zone 0.

What is the difference between Zone 0, 1 and 2?

Zone 0 has an explosive gas atmosphere present continuously or for long periods. In Zone 1 it is likely during normal operation, and in Zone 2 it is not expected and only present briefly.

What gas detectors are needed for sour gas facilities?

Sour facilities typically use electrochemical or metal-oxide-semiconductor fixed H2S detectors, infrared point and open-path hydrocarbon (LEL) detectors, and personal four-gas monitors (O2, LEL, H2S, CO) for every worker in the area.

What breathing apparatus is used for H2S work?

Positive-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) to EN 137 or NFPA 1981, airline (SAR) systems with escape cylinders for extended work, and emergency escape breathing devices (EEBD) for evacuation.

What is the difference between sacrificial and impressed-current cathodic protection?

Sacrificial (galvanic) systems use anodes such as zinc, aluminium or magnesium that corrode in place of the structure and need no power. Impressed-current (ICCP) systems use a transformer-rectifier to drive current through inert anodes, which suits long pipelines, tank bottoms and well casings with high current demand.
