Corrosion Protection & Monitoring
Corrosion is a major cost in oil and gas assets, especially in hot, saline and sour environments. We supply cathodic protection systems, corrosion monitoring equipment, protective coatings and pipeline field-joint and repair materials to protect pipelines, tanks, well casings and offshore structures.
Cathodic Protection Systems
Sacrificial anodes, ICCP anodes, transformer-rectifiers, test posts and CP monitoring.
ISO 15589-1 / -2 · AMPP SP0169 · DNV-RP-B401
Corrosion Monitoring (Coupons & Probes)
Weight-loss coupons, ER and LPR probes, access fittings and retrieval tools for internal corrosion monitoring.
AMPP SP0775 · ASTM G1
Coatings, Field-Joint & Pipeline Repair
Heat-shrink sleeves, viscoelastic and tape wraps, composite repair sleeves and high-performance coatings.

Corrosion Protection & Monitoring: FAQs
What is the difference between sacrificial and impressed-current cathodic protection?
Sacrificial (galvanic) systems use anodes such as zinc, aluminium or magnesium that corrode in place of the structure and need no power. Impressed-current (ICCP) systems use a transformer-rectifier to drive current through inert anodes, which suits long pipelines, tank bottoms and well casings with high current demand.
